About the Position
A receptionists will work within our organization to help it run smoothly. They will answer phone calls and run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with health guests, supporters of the institute, and other visitors.
What you will be doing
Schedule outpatients for Doctor’s appointments or treatments that require gathering information from the customer (i.e., health background, medical problems and other records). This information is given to Medical Records and then to Medical Staff. Confirm the appointments just before the appointment date. Notify the Practitioners and Doctors of their appointments.
Answer and transfer phone calls. Check messages that have been left on the main phone and return the calls or refer the message to the appropriate person
Cashier work, taking payments.
Mail log, sorting mail and calling people who have packages.
Order stamps.
Organize LSC clerical closets, order supplies when needed.
Water the indoor plants.
Assist guests or visitors that come to the payment window.
Daily balancing of the incoming funds with QuickBooks.
Setting up new accounts for Lifestyle Center guests.
Creating a list of current guest balance dues.
Print guest certificates at the end of every session.
Keep the reception area tidy.

Fluent in English (Spanish and French preferably as well)
